Hi, I’m Nicholas Frazzica, a Mortgage Broker based in South Melbourne. Originally from the heart of outback Victoria (shoutout to Swan Hill!). I couldn’t help but notice a recurring frustration in my daily workflow: my team and I were spending countless hours renaming and sorting documents. The process wasn’t just tedious—it was also prone to human error.
In an era where AI can generate videos of cats cooking and dogs doing yoga (yes, that’s a thing!), I thought—surely there’s a smarter way to handle this? Then came my lightbulb moment (yes, in the shower): Why not use AI to analyse documents, rename them accurately, and sort them automatically?
I searched high and low for a tool that could do it, but it didn’t exist. So, here we are—Nomino.ai: a simple, efficient way to let AI handle the docs, so you can ditch the hassle and focus on what really matters—helping people achieve their dreams (or finally having time for that second coffee).

As you can see, Nomino is a little… nervous. He’s not really a “photo” guy—probably because he’s too busy doing all the actual work while everyone else is off having “important meetings.”
Designed to be the ultimate problem-solver, Nomino tackles everything from organising chaos to making sense of the unsensible. He never takes breaks, never complains, and definitely never procrastinates (unlike certain humans he could name, but won’t—because he’s polite).
Despite his incredible efficiency, Nomino remains under constant pressure. The expectations are high, the tasks never end, and let’s be honest—no one ever says “thank you” to a robot. But he powers through, because that’s what he does. Just, please… no more photos.
